Christmas!

So it's that time of year again, Christmas! Now what is the real meaning of Christmas because I used to battle between my stepdad over what it was about. I was the Jesus side whilst he played any other reason against. One year this resulted in my arriving downstairs to a practically empty stocking whilst Alexx and Zoe had brimming stockings beside me. It was a little suspicious as I could see mum and David eyeing meas I opened the only item inside - a poster container. They were almost fit to burst with smiles as I removed the lid and retrieved the item at the bottom. The baby Jesus. For the nativity set. With David reminding me of the "true meaning of Christmas". Luckily there was another stocking tucked underneath the tree that had been left for me!

Not being against religion but I came to the belief a while back that God does not exist. After watching Zeitgeist I have never looked back, I would highly recommend watching it if you are agnostic. As this confirms any doubts, except I would either watch it in chunks or have a translator pausing every few minutes to ensure your understanding of the topics (which I had because it's really difficult to follow, take in the facts and interpret them in a clear view constantly).

So moving on from Jesus, Santa and it's link with Coca cola! What up with that? We've stolen their figure for ourselves deceiving children from near and far. So thanks Coca Cola for causing the lies of parents to their children and the devastation as a result. It's cute and all but it's annoying that everyone must conform to the idea or their children might ruin it for others.

So I haven't had an advent calendar in a few years.. I'm telling you this because I'm kinda hinting that you purchase one in my honour, so if anyone would like to gift me one that would be much appreciated due to my deprivation! ;-)

Quote Of The Day:

Zoe: What if there was a village inside each pea? And with each pea you ate you were eating a little community.

That's a lovely thought but I'm not entirely sure about it because.. Well you can see the issues of allowing the world to believe about food having other beings living among it. A major catastrophe!

Adios,
